I can just picture the stable with the line of appliances. Perhaps, says she, being charitable, they were to desensitise horses who had fears of housework.

Madwippit, there's a post of the dog coming up which will Explain All.

CMM, it's not been warm here either. We're not yet at the point of selling! Well-established weeds could be added to the description though.

Sue, I do not envy you the mole. We had one in the parsnip patch but then he went away. Why I do not know. Unless it was a comment on the quality of my parsnips.Jane Badgerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02628233623713926723noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8782167599693788794.post-38255978998909327312012-05-08T10:32:48.782+01:002012-05-08T10:32:48.782+01:00I have been taming my garden this weekend also. It has destroyed several plants already so I am not a happy gardener just now.Sue Howesnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8782167599693788794.post-11491822761576892842012-05-05T10:29:24.707+01:002012-05-05T10:29:24.707+01:00'Extensive grounds comprising well established...'Extensive grounds comprising well established walled garden (and whatever you have in the way of outbuildings).'

That should sell it. I'm impressed you've been gardening. I have two of those in the backyard...love them. Cheerful sight on our rainy spring days.

Ha, when you said you wrestled the dryer out every spring, I was waiting for a picture of a large white appliance to appear. You can tell what a Yank I am to picture that instead of a clothesline. There was once a local stable that had its entire drive lined with cast-off white appliances--dryers, washers, dishwashers, you name it. Didn't exactly add a note of elegance and competence. Not surprisingly they went out of business.Christina Wilsdonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02472802098557216513noreply@blogger.com
